At Stevens & Malone, PLLC, we consider it an honor to serve the people and businesses of Wimberley and Canyon Lake. Travel Holiday Magazine calls Wimberley one of “America’s Ten Best Small Towns.” As people who live and work in these communities, we place it a little higher on the list than that. Our team members are deeply involved in the community, including founder Joseph J. Malone, who served as past President of the Wimberley Independent School District Board of Trustees.

We take pride in supporting our neighbors and businesses of all sizes in Wimberley, Canyon Lake and the surrounding area. Our core practice area is real estate law and closing services, but we also provide estate planning service and counsel to businesses. Proven Problem-Solvers Experienced In Complicated Real Estate Closings

For more than a decade, we have represented people buying and selling homes, commercial properties, farms and ranches. We have deep roots in the area and understand the nuance and intricate nature of real estate law in both rural and urban areas across Central Texas. Our experience working in the agriculture and the business communities gives us the knowledge and experience to guide you through even the most complex closings.

Providing Guidance And Legal Counsel Through The Probate Process

Most people named as an executor for a loved one’s will are going through the process for the first time and have no idea what to expect. While the required steps to probate a will are well-defined, meeting those requirements can be difficult and confusing. At Stevens & Malone, PLLC, we have extensive experience helping people through the probate process in cases where a will is on file with the state and when there is no will. We can help determine who the rightful heirs are and make sure the estate taxes are submitted and all other documents are properly filed. Our goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible.
